Disclosures & important information
Working draft for the MVP. Have counsel review before launch.
Bridgr is not a broker-dealer, adviser or fund
Bridgr (working name) is a discovery and coordination platform. It is not registered as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, crowdfunding portal, fund manager or exchange in any jurisdiction. Bridgr does not solicit, recommend, underwrite, custody, or execute any investment.
No money moves on the platform
Bridgr does not process payments, hold funds, or execute investments. All money movement, subscription documents, KYC/AML checks and closings happen off-platform through licensed partners chosen by the syndicate lead and the founder.
Soft commits are non-binding
A “soft commit” is an indication of interest only. It creates no obligation on the investor, the syndicate lead, the founder or Bridgr. Progress bars and “target reached” states reflect indications, not funds raised.
No investment advice
Nothing on Bridgr — listings, badges, matches, syndicate theses, or notifications — is investment, legal or tax advice. Early-stage investing is highly risky and you may lose your entire investment. Do your own diligence and consult licensed professionals.
Accreditation is self-declared
Investors self-declare their accreditation or sophistication status. Bridgr does not verify it. Eligibility to invest is determined by the licensed partner at close, under the laws that apply to you.
Founder-provided information
Startup profiles, metrics and pitch decks are provided by founders. Bridgr reviews listings for completeness and fit before they go live, but does not audit or verify their contents.
